Here's how West Haven's Government works:
1. Break the law by refusing to seat the only legal candidate for Council;
2. Get served with an injunction for this;
3. Hire three lawyers to represent you (in addition to Corp Counsel);
4. Spend upwards of $70,000.00 in this lost cause;
5. Lose the case anyways;
6. Pay the Plaintiff's legal costs; then
7. Have Mr. Coscia on the Council anyways.
Got a couple of bucks? THAT's how much this idiocy will cost every man, woman and child in West Haven. But what the hell...it's not like they have to pay it!
