And the Monkey Business Continues...

Even as the election looms, our fearless leaders remain firmly committed to their usual shenanigans....aided and abetted by the New Haven Register.

Starting with the last, the insert in Sunday's Register was supposedly a booster of local businesses and features in Our Fair City. But.....look closer. In better than half of the photos, a candidate for Mayor (I won't say which candidate) seems to magically appear. Two days before an election, and we get "Where's West Haven Waldo?"

Moving on...our Board of Education will tackle one of the pressing issues facing our city's kids tonight. Yep, that's right: it seems that all our education problems - the continued failure of our schools to pass state minimum standards, crumbling schools, bomb threats - will be solved by giving Neil Cavallaro a hefty raise.
